Pokimono - Kenmei Higashi

KittykatMWuster and I made MORE characters to develop our OC's background. Higashi here is a protagonist. This is hers: Kosui Rantan the Sableye

Update 2/19/15: Complete update of his design. His staff is more like the Buddhist staves that are commonly seen, and I made the rings the color of the clouds.

Ability: Forecast - This Pokémon’s type and figure change with the weather.

Attacks:
Fire Blast- The target is attacked with an intense blast of all-consuming fire. It may also leave the target with a burn.
Blizzard- A howling blizzard is summoned to strike the opposing team. It may also freeze them solid.


Personality: He at first to be laid back and carefree, but living as long as he has, he can essentially divine the future. Knowing what will happen is not always a pleasant thing. He often bugs others for sake. When he gets drunk, if he gets drunk, there is very little change in his personality. Also, he has a great respect for Arceus, having devoted his entire life to the deity.

History:
    He spent most of his childhood wandering the world on his cloud. At some point, he felt as if the Great Arceus was calling to him, and began to live dedicating his life to Arceus.

    Higashi travels the world, even today, regardless of his age (although that still remains a secret). A while ago, during his travels, he met a young Hira. He liked her personality (and her father's sake), so he often visited her, teaching her about Arceus and telling her about his travels. When Hira was in the small village in Noir Vale, he visited her, and then met Kieru. He could sense the growing darkness within her, but he would not interfere when she could still choose her path. At the very least, he was as kind as a father to her, but he was called away by fate - leaving the wheels of their fates to turn for themselves.

    One day, a Sableye, Kosui Rantan, kindly asked for Higashi to Move Tutor him. He eventually got around to it, and set forth out of the darkness, joining in the journey of Hira and Mageru, involving the confrontation between Shin'en and Kieru. After Kieru had fulfilled her goal, the hatred that saturated her entire being vanished, leaving her without meaning in life. Higashi then took her under his wing, and showed her what the world truly is. 
    

Likes: Sake, rain, sun, snow, storms, clouds, Arceus

Dislikes: Pollution, being unable to change the future that he sees

Additional info: He's well known as a sage of both wisdom and power.
